Gerald Prieto arrived early and did not waste any time. He was extremely professional and meticulously inspected every inch of our new construction home. I can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work. He was very knowledgeable when I asked questions about the build and provided very valuable insight. Our blue tape walkthrough was at 10am the following day and he finished his inspection at 5pm. Still, he managed to get us the report at 4am the day of the walkthrough so we had time to review it. I strongly recommend his work and I hope to use him again at 11 month mark.

He was punctual, professional, friendly and knowledgeable in everything he inspected within my soon to be home. I didn’t have many questions because he explained the entire process in great detail as he went along. I was told at the time of scheduling to expect my report in 48 hrs; however, my report was delivered via email the very next morning after my inspection…less than 24 hours and included photographs with annotations that made it easy to understand and explain.
