I was very satisfied with Next Day inspection. Davon showed me everything and explained what needs to be done. He answered all my questions and made sure that I understood everything. I am so happy with the service and would choose them again and highly recommend them.

My inspector was Davon, and he showed up to the home on time and seemed like he did a thorough job and also explained things to me as he went. The inspection for a townhome took just under 3 hours. Davon was friendly, informative, and patient. He arrived 5 to 10 minutes before his scheduled time and explained what he was going to do. He informed me that I could shadow him or stay nearby if I had questions or if he had something to share with me , the buyer. Davon respected the seller's home and was thorough.

Davon was a joy to work with: knowledgeable, thorough, and gifted with the skill of translating complex construction/building concepts into plain language. The narrative contained specific action steps and loads of well-framed photos that help clarify issues and/or provide a great benchmark. We were not the typical home inspection customer in that we are not currently buying or selling—but thanks to Davon’s expertise, we got what we needed and are grateful.
