Comments: NextDay Inspect was everything I could have hoped for in a home inspection company. They were kind, punctual and extremely professional. They were able to perform termite, radon, and a home inspection for me in a very short window of time without compromising on any attention to detail. Our inspector was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and really impressed my dad (and its hard to impress him as he is a mechanical engineer who has an extensive amount of experience in the home-buying and inspecting process). The inspector was also punctual and thorough, he left no stone unturned, making sure my fiance and I were well aware of any issues with the house. The report and resulting pictures were easy to understand and helped us out a lot during our negotiation process. NextDay inspect even went the extra mile of sending us manuals to help us understand how to fix certain things and what things to look for in house FREE OF CHARGE. They even took a time to send my fiance and I a handwritten "thank you" note! I would HIGHLY recommend them over their competitors because I tried to schedule an appointment with a few other options and came across many issues, but not with NextDay inspect. They made this an enjoyable and easy process and my fiance and I truly appreciate it.

Comments: We used NextDay Inspect for home inspection, radon test and termite inspection. Scheduling was so easy - I did it through the online chat at their website. Prices are reasonable and in line with other inspection services. Customer service is excellent. Inspection report is thorough and inspector was professional and answered all my questions. Would definitely use them again.

This company was top notch with customer service! They answered my questions, reached out and used technology to both their and my advantage! From the office staff to the field inspectors I had a great experience working with everyone! They provided an effective, timely and very customer-oriented experience. I feel like NextDay Inspect went above and beyond to meet my needs!

NextDay Inspect is just like the name says. No matter your timeline, these guys can make it happen. I was on a short schedule from ratification to close and NextDay was able to schedule my inspection right when I needed it. Keith and his assistant were on time, and were very knowledgeable. They encouraged my questions and were not afraid to share their knowledge. The very thorough inspection report was emailed to me the next day. 10/10 definitely recommend.

We were able to make an appointment within a couple days. The inspector, Keith Pulley, was on time, thorough, very nice, and really took the time to explain things and answer questions. He also showed no signs of irritation about me hovering over his shoulder for the entire 2.5 hours, haha. This is the 2nd time I've received inspection services, and I really appreciated the fact that the report was too the point. The inspection report I received from another company was thorough, but was many more pages long because of the amount of unnecessary detail.
