Gainesville: Outdoors meets Luxury

Located off of I-66, Gainesville, Virginia is a rapidly growing community that has retained its rural charm. Conway-Robinson State Forest Park is a 444-acre National Park that serves as a wildflower and wildlife sanctuary and it one of the largest tracts of undeveloped land owned by the state. Visitors can also enjoy a 5-mile hiking trail and geocaching.

Gainesville also offers two luxury golf courses. The Stonewall Golf Club offers an 18-hole golf course is set against the picturesque backdrop of Lake Manassas and the Bull Run Mountains. The club also offers fine dining at its Brass Cannon Restaurant featuring a fireplace lounge. The Robert Trent Jones Golf Club is an exclusive club where membership is by invitation only. The club is unique in that it does not offer any additional amenities outside of the 72 par course in an order to appeal to serious golfers.

The Lake Manassas Gated Community is an upscale residential neighborhood that offers 500 estate homes and a smaller number of luxury townhomes. The community offers a stunning view of the Lake and the surrounding golf courses as well as three miles of scenic walking trails. Other area top-rated schools include Buckland Mill Elementary School and Reagan Middle School.
