About John
John Hawkins is an environmental technician with NextDay Inspect. John joined the team in 2025 after earning an Environmental Science degree from the University of Maryland. John’s work includes radon, mold and water testing, along with thermal imaging and moisture evaluation.
John holds Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) Water Sampler Certification 4437JH, supporting professional drinking water sample collection. John also performs asbestos testing in Maryland, with samples submitted for laboratory analysis. John helps clients understand the testing process and documents conditions at the property.
