We called needing a last minute inspection and the gentleman on the phone was quick to get us scheduled for an inspection the next day. Rhonda was just fantastic! She was great about explaining and answering any questions or concerns we had. This is our first home and we felt that Rhonda gave us piece of mind and gave us lots of knowledge in things we weren't aware of.

Rhonda and team set the example of how a business should function. They were ultra-responsive, showed up when expected and conducted the most thorough home inspection I have ever seen. They then followed up with a very detailed summary on all findings. This is the only group I will use for home inspections moving forward.

Solid inspection. The prep folks on the phone answered a ton of home inspection questions and even my farfetched concerns. During the inspections, the inspector(Rhonda) was thorough and even walked on rooftop beams! Very skilled and took into account all of my concerns!

I was able to schedule during the holiday weekend for an appointment to meet my contract deadline. Rhonda was very thorough with our inspection-detecting a major basement issue we overlooked that is now likely to save us several thousand in expenses.
